Staff Training and Organisational Development.

Closing the Gap is based close to the southern motorway network and operates mainly across the south of England, London and the Midlands. We offer a number of staff training and development courses, predominantly for the health and social care sectors.

Our Principal is a qualified nurse with almost 20 years experience in the sector. Our holistic approach to working with care service providers has been developed through a combination of personal employment experiences in public, private and voluntary sector care provision, and also the regulation and inspection of these services. All of our Associates are experienced and hold qualifications relevant to the courses that they deliver.

Although the courses have serious content matter, the delivery style is participative, encourages attendees to contribute their own experiences, and the trainers all use humour in their delivery style to help participants relax and get the most from the courses. The vast majority of our courses are delivered for the commissioning host organisation, but we do run occasional open courses should a demand be identified.
