Nothing adds value to your care service like a great CQC inspection report. Prior to your CQC inspection, we can visit your service to carry out a mock inspection. Depending on your needs, we can carry out a full inspection or focus on individual KLOEs. The inspection visit report will include advice on any remedial actions that may be necessary, and guidance on improving your potential CQC ratings.
We can also assist with advice on improvements and achieving action plans if you have recently been inspected by CQC, and the inspection did not go as well as you had hoped. If you have achieved a Good rating, we can advise on how your service may work towards Outstanding.
