Staff Training and Organisational Development.

Closing the Gap is based on the Hampshire/Dorset border, and operates mainly across the south of England, London and the Midlands. We offer a range of services, products and operational support in areas relating to staff training and organisational development, predominantly in the care sector.

Our Principal is a qualified nurse with almost 20 years experience in the sector. Previous roles include Home Manager, Area Manager, Business Manager and Care Inspector. Our holistic approach to working with care service providers has been developed through a combination of personal employment experiences in public, private and voluntary sector care provision, and also the regulation and inspection of these services. All of our Associates are experienced and qualified in their areas of expertise.
